A couple of things you need to know about your picture. Coloured pencil drawings take a long time to complete in order to build up the layers necessary for depth of colour and the details. No fixature has been used in order to preserve the original colours.
The high quality archival materials used will ensure that your piece remains lightfast indefinitely (100+ years). There is no need to use any fixatives to protect the art and use of fixatives may actually alter the colours and/or cause damage to the surface.
Framing under glass with a mount will be necessary to protect both the surface and the pigment as the surface will smudge if not protected. Your piece is currently mounted with archival mount and backing board but if you choose to remount please ensure that the piece is able to hang freely to prevent creases developing.
